This page has photos from our week on Gozo, the smaller island in Malta.

The island of limestone in the background is "Fungus Rock." Fungi grows here that is unknown anywhere else in the world. It supposedly has special medicinal properties that the Knights of Malta fought to keep from their enemies.

The Maltese islands have been continously inhabited for about 5,000 years.

The "Jeep" actually doesn't look so bad here. Maybe this is how we'll remember her.
